Kelly Williams is a Bundjalung woman from Northern NSW and is the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Head Indigenous, Diversity and Inclusion. She is passionate about creating pathways to senior management and editorial roles for Indigenous and diverse employees who work at the national broadcaster. Kelly has co-ordinated the ABC’s last three Reconciliation Action Plans, recently launched the ABC Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Plan and leads the ABC and First Nations Media Australia and First Languages Australia strategic partnerships.
