Kim Brady is Leader of Teaching and Learning at Novo Education Space, an innovative special assistance school transforming learning experiences and outcomes for diverse learners. Kim has almost 20 years’ experience in educational leadership, mostly within the unique contexts of special and alternative education. Her qualifications include a Master of Special Education (Behaviour and Emotional Disturbance), and a Bachelor of Education (Health and Physical Education). Kim is passionate about pedagogical innovation with a focus on changing systems to enable learning success for all. Kim’s work has been applied within some of the most challenging contexts, with some of the most awesome learners. As a neurodivergent human herself, Kim has a particular passion for, and insight into, the experience of learners who need a different approach to learn successfully.
