Lainey Reynolds an accredited mental health social worker and has been the Clinical Services Manager at the UMHCC for 3 years. Previous to that, she specialised in youth suicide intervention for 5 years. Her experiences working within diverse mental health settings for over 25 years has guided her approach and her philosophy of care in understanding the uniqueness and strength in each individual to enhance their self esteem, and to become an expert in their own mental health.
