Lauren is a principal at Nous Group, an international consulting firm of almost 700 people with offices across Australia, Canada and the UK. She leads the regulation offer and bringing broad expertise in regulatory policy and practice.
Lauren has led a growing body of work on regulatory culture, which seeks to support better outcomes by taking a lifecycle approach to regulatory settings and ensuring they are fit for purpose and adaptive to changing conditions. She blends theory with an appreciation of the operational realities facing regulators to deliver pragmatic advice, and she has a passion for supporting regulators to build their own capabilities and drive ongoing continuous improvement from within.
