Lucy McClean

Lucy McClean is a passionate leader and advocate in the resources industry. First starting in the industry over 25 years ago, Lucy was a pioneer of ESG, and now industry leader, with extensive experience in environment, community, and governance as well as in industry advocacy. She was recently recognised internationally as one of the ‘100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ and in 2023 named as Inclusion and Diversity Champion in State and National awards.
