With over 25+ years’ experience in change management and innovation Lucy is the CEO of Columbia Aged Care in NSW. Prior to this Lucy led the team at Glenview Community Services in Tasmania as CEO after creating Korongee, Australia’s first village specifically designed for people living with dementia through a $19M HESTA social impact investment.
Being awarded the Tasmanian Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2019 and creating Korongee, Australia’s first purpose built village for people living with dementia, as well as the Child, Family and Disability Gateway service are three of Lucy’s greatest career achievements.
