With significant public sector experience as a senior executive, Mark has a deep understanding of regulatory and enforcement agency practices and challenges.
Recently Mark led significant reform programs for several departments and agencies. They delivered a suite of reforms, including a regulatory decision-making framework and associated governance and committee arrangements. Mark worked directly with key staff and decision-makers to implement the new arrangements, leading change management initiatives and providing mentoring and advice to the senior executive to embed changes into a new operating model.
The programs delivered the objective of providing confidence that resources are allocated to manage non-compliance with regulatory priorities according to risk.
