Matt is Noetic’s General Manager Strategy and Integration and works closely with client executives to ensure reform goals are achieved and alternative approaches are considered.
Throughout 2021–23 he led Noetic’s engagement with DAFF Biosecurity & Compliance Group to support achievement of improved regulatory outcomes, including the design and rollout of the DAFF non-compliance prioritisation and decision-making process. He has overseen similar non-compliance reform with departments and agencies through 2023. Matt continues to work with regulators to aid in effective management of non-compliance.
