Michelle Cuttler is the National General Manager of Service Delivery at Home Caring, overseeing national operations across a large network of franchised and corporately owned sites delivering community aged care, NDIS, and Supported Independent Living services. With more than 18 years’ experience across community aged care, health, disability, and allied health, she has held senior and executive leadership roles in private, not-for-profit, and government organisations.

A clinically trained Accredited Practising Dietitian, Michelle began her career delivering allied health services in metropolitan, rural, and remote settings before moving into senior operational and executive leadership. She has expertise in strategic planning, operations, organisational redesign, service development, workforce optimisation, and quality, compliance, and financial performance.

Michelle has led major national portfolios, driven business turnarounds, delivered operational and cultural transformation, and overseen large multidisciplinary frontline teams. She played a key role in guiding the smooth organisational transition into the Support at Home reforms across the national service delivery network.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours), a Diploma in Business Management, and a Master of Commerce specialising in Project Management and Quantitative Business Analysis.
