Nicki is a Partner in the Health, Ageing & Human Services Sector and leads the Ageing sector for KPMG Australia. Nicki is passionate about working with the aged care industry to deliver better outcomes for older Australians. Nicki works across the aged care sector, focusing on improving policy, strategy, quality and safety and service provision for older Australians.
Nicki is a qualified physiotherapist and has a Master of Public Health, blending her clinical experience with operational, policy and market capabilities to deliver practical, implementable solutions for clients. She was awarded a Churchill fellowship to investigate alternative models of allied health out of hospital care.
