Ms. Nicky Bell is the General Manager, Smart Centre Operations Division, with Services Australia. This sees her leading over 9000 staff across a national network of Smart Centres who provide critical services and support to the Australia community. Ms. Bell/Nicky started her career in the agency as a service officer on the front line, and harnesses her significant experience in service delivery and strong record of achievement to support Services Australia to efficiently deliver high-quality, accessible services and payments on behalf of the government.
Ms. Bell/Nicky is committed to increasing organisational capability by developing and harnessing diverse talent, which is evident in her contribution and ongoing work as the Agency’s LGBTI+ Senior Executive Ally.
