Patricia Falcetta OAM is a keynote speaker, inclusion consultant, and advocate for neurodivergent individuals and their families. She is the founder of Social Living Solutions nd Patricia Falcetta Consulting, and co-creator of The Neuro-Inclusive Advantage workshop series, helping leaders and workplaces shift from token awareness to meaningful, human-centred action.
With over a decade of experience, Patricia has worked with major organisations including the Sydney Opera House, Toyota Australia, the Commonwealth Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the National Portrait Gallery, Yahoo Inc, and as a Corporate Trainer with the Talos Foundation in Hong Kong.
She is the recipient of an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) and has been recognised as an Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for All by the Women’s Economic Forum, and as a finalist in the ACT Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards.
Her upcoming book, Leading for True Inclusion, offers a practical blueprint for inclusive leadership.
