Rebecca has been at the forefront of Victoria’s regulatory reform agenda for over 20 years and has significant experience providing advice and leading change across a range of sectors and reform agendas both at Federal and State Government level.
Rebecca has significant experience working with regulatory agencies, spanning legislative reform, governance, funding models and operational improvements, and is also a part-time Commissioner of the Victorian Essential Services Commission (ESC).
Rebecca has held senior consulting roles at NERA Economic Consulting and Deloitte Access Economics, and has supported the implementation of Reducing Regulatory Burden reforms while at the Department of Treasury and Finance.
