The EveryAGE Counts Campaign is a national coalition which seeks to shift the public conversation around ageism in Australia.
Ageism is the stereotyping, discrimination and mistreatment of people based solely on their age and was an issue raised in the Aged Care Royal Commission. Aged Care remains an area where the EveryAGE Counts Campaign seeks to stimulate debate about the importance of tackling ageism which can be one of the contributing factors to inadequate or even harmful service delivery.
