Sarah Richardson is an education leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the sector, and current Program Director, Research and Evaluation, at the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO). In this role, Sarah leads a range of projects which focus on supporting teachers’ use of evidence-based practices to maximise impact on
learning outcomes. Sarah began her career in education in the UK as a teacher and principal, before moving into supporting school leadership teams and education professionals across a wide range of settings.
