Sharon freely admits she is a dinosaur in the disability and human services sector. She has over 30 years experience with specialist expertise in quality improvement and NDIS support. Sharon had a stellar career as a senior Manager in Commonwealth government and was awarded an Australia Day award for excellence in audit processes. She was a key player in developing the first ever certification system for disability services which has since been adopted nationally. Sharon has a well deserved reputation for skills in training, facilitation, evaluation, strategic planning, policy and procedure development and internal auditing. She has supported people with disabilities to achieve their leadership goals in the national Leaders for Tomorrow program. Importantly for providers, she knows the NDIS registration requirements back to front and is able to demystify this information and support providers to be providers of choice.
