I am Queensland’s Work Health and Safety Prosecutor, appointed to the role in October 2022. Born and raised in Hobart, where I lived until moving to Brisbane, I have a background in summary prosecution work with the DPP in Tasmania over 14 years, and was a Principal Crown Counsel prior to my appointment. My current role builds on the wealth of experience I have in prosecuting high-profile work health and safety matters, as well as acting as counsel assisting in coronial inquests and appearing in appeals to both the Supreme Court of Tasmania and High Court of Australia.
