Síobháine is an award-winning innovator with over 250 years of international experience in finance, insurance, compliance regulatory design and implementation. Her mission, as CEO and co-founder of Realta Logic is to reduce compliance burden while developing resilience and an innovative mindset, through advanced regulatory and systems design. Her global leadership experience spans Europe, UK, Australia and the US. She represented Insurance Ireland at the EU level on regulatory design and actively engaged with policy makers on pivotal legislation, including, PRIIPS, GDPR, MiFiD II and Brexit.
Síobháine broke new ground by spearheading and delivering the passporting of a Luxembourg Life platform into Ireland via the EU passport rules (a first for both Ireland and the EU). She also co-designed the first Private Banking Portfolio platform for Bank of Ireland which is still in active today.
As an expert in blockchain technology, digital regulatory infrastructure and the application of emerging technologies to business processes, Síobháine contributes to many think tanks including the AUSCL Future Law Steering Group, and the IACC (Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce).
