Susan is a clinical supervisor, trainer, groupworker and mentor with a 40-year career in Community Services, specialising in domestic and family violence interventions since 2010. With a ‘whole of family safety’ and trauma-informed approaches, Susan has worked extensively supervising practitioners, facilitating men’s behaviour change programs and contributing to the development of this sector. Susan is currently employed as Team Leader Family Safety program for Sydney City Centre at Relationships Australia NSW.
Susan holds a Master of Family Studies with Distinction, Graduate Certificates in Men’s Behaviour Change Group and Individual Interventions; Clinical Supervision and Personnel Management, a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and an Associate Diploma in Social Welfare. Susan has presented at numerous conferences to challenge her own practice and further the wisdom of practice.
