With over 35 years of professional experience, she serves as the Founder and Director of Goodman Solutions Pty Ltd, drawing from a wealth of expertise in education, international development, and organisational change to inform her work. With a focus on practical application and holistic development, Suzanne holds a PCC level accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certifications from Harvard in conflict management and mediation.
