Tammy Baart is the Owner and Founder of Blak Ignited – is a proud Dharug woman of the Boorooberongal clan and relishes in educating, advocating, and translating across two worlds.
As the first in her family to be counted as a person on the Australian census, she is the epitome of a lifelong learner and recognises the importance of education. Over two decades of educational executive leadership experience (in both the Government and Independent sectors) has led to an ignited passion and drive to find the gaps in various systems; enabling all individuals the opportunity to succeed and grow through authentic and sustainable pathways.
Through honouring culture – Indigenous ways of being, thinking, and doing – Tammy coaches, mentors and collaborates across education and advocacy spaces to grow individuals through leadership and reconciliAction.
