A seasoned executive with over 20 years’ experience across the public, private and not for profit sectors. Tess is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Secretary Portfolio, Strategy and Services Group for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
Tess holds a Master of International Relations, a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and Public Policy. She is a member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia, IAP2 Australasia and is a graduate of the AICD Company Board of Directors program.
