Tiffany has extensive knowledge and experience as a leader of educational professional learning, translation of research into practice, and developing and delivering innovative evidence informed projects and programs. She is passionate about building the research capabilities of schools and educators, empowering transformational change, which in turn enables students to thrive. She has broad experience in a range of educational contexts, both internationally and nationally. Tiffany is responsible for leading the sector-wide Growing and Nurturing Educators initiative focused on developing innovative, evidence-based projects to grow and nurture independent school educators. These currently include the AISNSW Teaching School Hubs program, Early Career Experience, Being an Effective Mentor, AISNSW Teacher Education Scholarship and a campaign to raise the status of educators broadly.
