Tim is the Assistant Director (Investigations) in the Licensing and Compliance unit of Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS). He runs a team of investigators who take charge of prolonged and protracted investigations and attend the ACT Magistrates Court and ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal on behalf of the Government.
Over the past 26 years, Tim has spent eight and half years in the NSW Police, and five and half years as a bereted qualified member of the 2nd Commando Regiment in the Australian Defence Forces. After leaving defence he ran a private investigation business before accepting a role as Chief Inspector of the RSPCA ACT. Amongst his various qualifications, Tim holds a Master of Investigations and a Master of Laws.
