Own Your Voice: How to skillfully use your voice & communicate effectively

Overview

We spend most of our time talking, particularly so in leadership roles. How we talk affects how others think, feel and respond. Whether intended or not, it will create a perception of our leadership effectiveness and therefore potential. And we are expected to be good at it.

Yet, we are unconscious in how we talk and lack awareness of our habitual way of talking. The inherent risks are unintended and unpredictable outcomes that get in the way of our leadership progression.

What will you take away?

  • Understand your unique communication style, discovering strengths & growth areas
  • Navigate conversations with confidence & purpose
  • A framework that transforms the way you communicate
  • Turn challenges into growth opportunities, managing emotions & overcoming barriers
