The Power of Confidence: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome Masterclass

Learn confidence-boosting strategies from the former CEO of Sportsgirl Colleen Callander

Choose your location

While it is perfectly natural for most people to feel a lack of confidence when starting in a new role, so many capable, experienced and high-performing individuals still question themselves, hold back or feel like they don’t quite belong. This is the highly problematic imposter syndrome.

When we feel we don’t belong or aren’t worthy enough, we tend to use toxic coping strategies like procrastination, avoidance, overworking, self-criticism, social comparison, self-sabotage and perfectionism. All of these lead to poor performance and are detrimental to our wellbeing. This workshop is designed to change that.

Join the former CEO of Sportsgirl and Author of the highly practical The Power of Confidence Colleen Callander for this exclusive, immersive one-day workshop designed to help participants build lasting confidence from the inside out. Based on the principles from her book, this experience moves beyond inspiration into real transformation, equipping participants with practical tools, mindset shifts and actionable strategies they can apply immediately in both work and life. Get ready to step into your personal and professional potential with clarity, courage and conviction.
