Dave Kramer is a Behavioural Scientist and gender-based violence prevention specialist with extensive experience in youth education and organisational culture change. As a sought-after speaker he brings a mix of evidence-based research, personal narrative, and practical insight to conversations about behaviour, culture, and collective accountability His work is shaped by the loss of his best friend, Hannah Clarke, and her three children on 19 February 2020, and by a commitment to carrying forward their legacy of empathy, courage, and connection.

In the youth space, Dave has delivered over 250 workshops to more than 25,000 young people across Australia, focusing on respectful relationships, power dynamics, the impacts of harmful behaviour, and the development of empathy and resilience. His approach translates behavioural theory into practical, actionable skills informed by the lived experiences of young people.

Alongside his work with youth, Dave supports organisations to strengthen cultures of safety and respect through trauma-informed training. He has delivered programs in complex, male-dominated environments—including the Australian Army, Queensland Police Service, NRMA, and the Australian Antarctic Division—applying his expertise to understand how mental health and cultural norms shape behaviour. His work emphasises early intervention, collective accountability, and implementing team-based strategies that build safer, more respectful workplaces.

David joined Revenue NSW in February 2022 as Chief Digital Officer driving technology change through Revenue NSW’s software development and business process transformation program. David is passionate about delivering innovative and supportive outcomes for customers.

When the opportunity arose in early 2024 to lead the Fines and Debt team David was eager to utilise his strengths in driving innovative solutions for our customers. David was appointed Executive Director of fines and debt in April 2024.

David previously worked in the health care sector as Chief Technology Officer for Healius Limited and prior to that at the Commonwealth Bank where he held several divisional Chief Information Officer roles with responsibility for payments, online business banking, merchant acquiring and commercial lending.

Janine is driven to improve the real-world experiences of people who rely on critical services across sectors. With deep expertise in consumer advocacy and regulation, she leads strategy and reform that places people—especially those experiencing vulnerability—at the centre of policy, practice and organisational culture.

Grounded in social justice and collaboration, she works to turn courageous leaders and regulatory intent into meaningful change that strengthens accountability and delivers better consumer outcomes. At Uniting Vic.Tas, she ensures lived experience shapes strategy and decision-making, helping organisations reform business practices and embed lasting cultural change.

Janine has held senior roles with the Australian Energy Regulator, the Consumer Action Law Centre and the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria), contributing to regulatory reform and consumer protection across sectors.

Malini has over 20 years of experience working across several prestigious domestic and international Financial Services organisations

Her experience spans across several disciplines, namely Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Accounting, Property, Equity Capital Markets, Merger Implementation, Project Management, Human Resources, Business Strategy, Change Management, Community Engagement and Customer Advocacy in both Retail and Institutional Banking.

She is a Senior Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), with a Masters of Applied Finance and Investment (Finsia), Bachelor of Finance and Accounting (UTS), and graduated with Distinction in the INSEAD Gender Diversity Program.

She is currently Head of Strategy for Multicultural Community Banking at the Commonwealth Bank, a role allows her to work in my area of passion on a daily basis – promoting cultural diversity and social cohesion.

The division is focussed on authentic/meaningful engagement with multicultural communities and in this role she is involved in engaging at a strategic and government level, with business communities and at a local grass roots level through programs focussing on financial inclusion.

She consistently advocates for a more diverse workforce/diverse representation in the community and is seen as a strong ambassador/thought-leader for diversity and inclusion at the Commonwealth Bank and was profiled as part of International Women’s Day and Harmony Day external diversity campaigns and has been mentor to over 300 women informally and through formal programs.

She is also Chair of CommBank’s Cultural Diversity employee network Mosaic which is responsible for promoting culturally diversity and inclusion across the Group. She was also responsible for introducing the Corporate Hijab into the CBA Corporate Wardrobe for Muslim Women Employees.

She has a strong interest in making a social impact, reflected her roles in Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Advisory Group on Preventing Financial Abuse of Women, Advisory Board Member of FlexCareers and SheQu, Finsia Diversity Advisory Council (previous Non-Executive Director), FECCA Women’s Advisory Group, Women’s on Boards Cultural Diversity Advisory Group, Board Director of PIEX Education and Entertainment for Change, Mental Health Foundation Australia Multicultural Ambassador and NSW Co-Chair, AFL NSW/ACT Multicultural Community Ambassador and volunteer at the Starlight Foundation for the last 9 years.

She has received several awards including 2014 Morgan Mckinley Women in Leadership Award, 2012 AFR/BOSS Australia’s Top Emerging Leader Finalist, 2012 and 2013 CPA Top 40 Young Business Leaders and 2011 Finsia Most Outstanding Young Professional, 2019 Women’s Agenda Leadership Award in the Changemaker category, 2019 Women in Banking and Finance/Turks Legal Scholarship Finalist, 2021 Women of Colour #ColourFuLL Leadership Award Finalist and 2021 India Australia Business and Community Awards (IABCA) Finalist in the Business Leader or Professional of the Year Award category (awarded a Highly Commended).

She is a strong patient advocate for Cushing’s disease being a patient herself, diagnosed in 2013 after a 20 year journey to diagnosis. She is a Non-Executive Director of the Australian Pituitary Foundation (previous Chair), Board Advisor for the World Alliance of Pituitary Organisations (previous Non-Executive Director and Treasurer), and is on the Paraxel Patient Advisory Group to provide advice on how to increase diversity in clinical trials and in particular ethnic minority groups who are often under-represented. She is passionate about sharing her personal story and experience to create awareness, provide support and drive change domestically and globally, having spoken at conferences in London, Amsterdam, Sydney and Venice.

Christy Ditchburn is a Sustainability Principal in Telstra’s Consumer Affairs, Risk and Legal (CARL) team located in Melbourne and leads a team of sustainability experts focused on Responsible Business and Digital Inclusion. Christy is actively involved in setting, embedding and executing on Telstra’s Sustainability strategy which drives Social Impact. Christy is passionate about digital inclusion, accessibility, and the power of corporates and collaboration to drive change in the world.

Christy has extensive experience in both the telecommunications and power sectors, both in Australia and Asia. Prior to her role in the Sustainability team, Christy was a senior lawyer for Telstra in both Australia and Hong Kong. Christy also has experience advising on sustainability, environment, climate change and carbon trading issues in the power sector.

Christy began her career at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry)/Laws (Hons) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia

Tiffiny leads Customer Vulnerability & Inclusion for Westpac Group, setting standards across Westpac’s ~40k staff and delivering critical insights to maximise financial safety and accessibility through fair product and service design. Tiffiny has driven the embedment of Safety by Design across Westpac, with over 1200 staff trained and the establishment of the Westpac Lived & learned Advisory panel. In November 2024, she launched the Financial Safety by Design Industry Toolkit in partnership with the Australian Banking Association, to enhance financial safety for all people regardless of who they bank with.

In addition to her role at Westpac, Tiffiny is a lived-experience advocate and survivor of childhood sexual abuse, family violence, and sexual assault. As a member of the Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Commission’s Lived Experience Advisory Council, she supports the work of the Commission and the National Plan to End Violence Against Women and Children.

Tiffiny joined Westpac 11 years ago, and prior to Banking, had a 25+ year career in Senior Executive roles spanning diverse industry sectors across Australia and Asia. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Chair for Trajan Group Holdings, an ASX listed Life Sciences firm focussed on enriching wellbeing through scientific measurement.

Yumi Lee has worked on women’s rights and violence against women for over 30 years. She began with advocacy for women’s rights in armed conflict and nuclear disarmament. Prior to returning to Sydney and working for the Older Women’s Network, she was based in Hanoi with an organisation supporting street children and rescuing women trafficked to the sex trade in China. She has also supported organisations in Nepal working with marginalised women when she was living there. 

As the CEO of OWN NSW she is now advocating and lobbying on issues impacting older women, including housing insecurity and homelessness as well as violence against older women, including in aged care. Yumi received the Advocacy and Reform Bright Sparks Award of 2021 of the NSW Women’s Legal Service for her work in advocating for the safety of older women; and is a member of the NSW Ageing and Disability Commission’s Advisory Board and the Federal Attorney General’s Lived-Experience Expert Advisory Group on Sexual Violence.

Tony is the Executive Manager of Clinical Practice and Quality at Family Life.

A psychotherapist, behaviour change facilitator and clinical supervisor, Tony has 10 years’ experience delivering trauma-informed leadership and resilience training to corporate and non-profit organisations.

He started his clinical career in the Alcohol and other Drugs (AOD) sector, working as an AOD forensic clinician, clinical supervisor and program manager. After upskilling as a Men’s Behaviour Change Facilitator, Tony broadened his clinical expertise beyond AOD to include working with men who use Family Violence (FV).

Spurred by his passion for innovation, Tony realised there were gaps, deficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the mainstream approaches to working with men using FV. He then went on to develop bespoke interventions aimed at working more effectively with men who use FV to help combat these shortfalls. Tony believes that the integration of psychotherapeutic philosophies and interventions is an essential component to working more effectively with men who use family violence.

Ben Vasiliou is a social entrepreneur and the proud CEO of The Man Cave, Australia’s leading preventative mental health charity for teenage boys and young men. Ben is a social justice advocate, a seasoned CEO and a Father of 2. He is passionate about helping boys become great men. He has held a number of non-executive director board positions with Australian charities and is a Justice of the Peace. Ben graduated from the Executive Education in Social Entrepreneurship Program at Stanford University. Most importantly, Ben has an insatiable appetite to change the world.

Dean Cooper is a highly regarded educator and facilitator with extensive experience working across workplaces, schools, and communities to address critical topics such as domestic and family violence, respectful relationships, and bystander intervention. With close to a decade of expertise in facilitating men’s behaviour change programs and a background in corrections, Dean is nationally recognised for his specialised knowledge in engaging with high-risk perpetrators.

Hayden Whitworth is Executive Director – Partnerships and Strategy at Be There Group, a national organisation helping workplaces, schools, communities and government agencies build psychologically safe, high-performing cultures.

With more than two decades of experience spanning engineering, executive leadership, community engagement, behaviour change and violence prevention, Hayden has worked at the intersection of leadership, culture and social change throughout his career.

His work focuses on helping organisations build cultures people want to be part of – cultures where individuals feel connected and valued, teams perform at their best, and people have the confidence to speak up, step forward and play an active role in shaping positive outcomes. Through Be There Group, he partners with leaders across corporate, government, education and community sectors to strengthen leadership capability, build healthy bystander cultures, and support sustainable culture change.

Hayden combines systems thinking with a deeply human-centred approach to change. He believes that strong cultures are built through the interaction of leadership, relationships, systems and everyday behaviours – creating environments where people can thrive, contribute and help shape positive outcomes for those around them.

His work is grounded in a simple principle: the most effective prevention strategies are those designed into the way people lead, work and connect from the outset, rather than relying on intervention after harm has occurred.

Known for delivering fearless campaign work for Innocean’s clients, but also fearless opinions on media, marketing, and its impact on popular culture. Jasmin regularly writes about the media’s responsibility to bring us forward as a society. She’s a regular Keynote speaker, occasional Gruen panelist and columnist.

Zoe Hawkins is Co-Founder & Deputy Executive Director of the Tech Policy Design Institute, Australia’s first independent think tank dedicated to technology policy. Zoe brings extensive experience designing tech policy from government, big tech, academic and think tank perspectives, and her research has been featured by The New York Times, TIME Magazine, BBC, The Economist, The Financial Times, Forbes, POLITICO, and Vogue. Zoe is a Research Associate at the University of Oxford and an expert for the OECD.AI. Zoe has represented the Australian Government across communications, innovation, and foreign policy portfolios, as an Adviser to Cabinet Ministers and in the public service. Previously, Zoe has worked as a member of Amazon’s International Public Policy Team and an Analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.

Dave Burroughs, Chief Mental Health Officer at Westpac, has been working internationally in the area of Psychological Health & Safety for over 17 years. Dave collaborates internationally with leading researchers and practitioners across workplace culture, psychosocial risk management, job design, and integrated approaches to psychosocial safety. Dave is a vocal advocate for evidence-based practice and has a reputation for challenging the status quo and innovative approaches to complex people matters. Outside of Westpac, Dave is the Founder of Australian Psychological Services, and a specialist advisor leading organisations internationally in psychosocial safety, job design and workplace mental health.

Colin Jowell is the Founder of BillWill, a digital Letter of Wishes and post-death administration platform designed to close the practical gap between the will, the financial plan, and what families actually face after death or incapacity. BillWill helps families, advisers, and legal professionals capture and maintain the financial, practical, and personal information that is often fragmented, outdated, or completely invisible until it is urgently needed.

Colin was also one of the first businesses to join Respect & Protect, recognising the critical importance of prevention financial abuse – both on his platform, but more broadly as a commercial and societal issue.

An applied behavioural scientist by training, Colin holds a masters from the London School of Economics. His speciality lies in understanding how grief, stress, and cognitive overload affect financial decision-making, particularly during bereavement, incapacity, and major life transitions when rational processes often break down.

Colin works closely with financial advisers, estate lawyers, and others to design tools, systems, and conversations that reduce friction, support better decisions under pressure, and ease the administrative burden placed on families at some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Fleur Davidson, Senior Manager Customer Vulnerability at CBA, leads pioneering work to protect customers from financial abuse and technology-facilitated harm. She plays a key role in CBA’s response to abuse in transaction descriptions, using AI and machine learning to detect and support impacted customers. A champion of Safety by Design principles, Fleur ensures banking products are flexible, secure and resilient against weaponisation. Her work integrates vulnerability awareness into policy, product, training and frontline operations, including CBA’s Next Chapter program, which supports people impacted by financial abuse. Fleur also advocates across multiple sectors to shape industry guidelines and utilise emerging technologies to strengthen customer protections.

Jo joined AGL in 2008 and has held several senior executive roles within Customer Markets. She played a pivotal role leading AGL’s Multi-Retailer Growth Strategy, before being appointed as Chief Customer Officer in June 2022.

Jo has over 26 years’ experience across consumer services-based organisations, specialising in product development, marketing and channel strategy. Prior to joining AGL, she led Product & Sales at TRUenergy and served as the General Manager of Operations at PCI.

Jo sits on the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board, holds a Masters of Business Administration and Management from Deakin University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
