The amount of people who identify as or have been diagnosed as neurodivergent is rapidly increasing. At the same time as more and more professionals and leaders are in a process of self discovery, the awareness of neurodiversity and the ability to lead neuroinclusive teams is of increasing importance for managers and senior leaders. Diverse thinking types bring a wide array of specialist skills and distinct perspectives to foster creativity and identify risk. It is critically important that workplaces and teams are designed and led to bring the best out of people and ignite high performance, thriving cultures and high retention.
The Neurodiversity Summit will feature a powerful blend of lived experience and leadership advice from the broad landscape of neurodiversity, as well as the tools and capabilities that managers and organisations need to develop to foster neuroinclusive, psychologically safe, and ultimately, high performing teams.

Reflection can be a game-changer. This pause at the close of the summit invites you to take time for yourself. This is a deliberate break to enable you to commit to your next steps and reflect on your intentions at the close of the event. We invite you to consider each question for three minutes and then share with someone at your table why you chose those actions or intentions.
This workshop equips leaders and managers to create inclusive, psychologically safe environments where neurodivergent colleagues excel. Grounded in the Neuroinclusion Capability Framework (NICF)™ across Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Organisation (developed by Callie Elward-Barrett and Jayne Gurton) and the 5Cs Model for Neuroinclusion, participants will apply tools to real scenarios and leave with a practical path forward.
